Our Founder
Meet David! The founder of TRO. David was born in Russell, Ontario, and has lived in the National Capital Region ever since. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, and over 5 years of experience running his own contracting business, he prides himself on seeing his clients' visions come to life. David and the contractors he works with are dedicated to providing the best services possible.
